What are the prerequisites for installing PPS-Sim?

PPS-Sim Prerequisites

  • Qt version 4.4.x or higher
  • ROOT 5.22 or higher (incl. Qt4 binding)
  • Geant4 9.2 or higher (incl. Qt4 binding)

Note:

make sure you use the same Qt version for ROOT and Geant4 Geant4 should set: $G4UI_BUILD_QT_SESSION, $G4VIS_BUILD_OPENGLQT_DRIVER for ROOT the command "root-config --has-qt" should return "yes"
